scene in lift

I just had an idea of create a scene in the lift.
Because lift is always a place make people nervous, stressful, especially to the people who have mental problems.

It can be like this:

The character is in the lift by himself. He has the imagination of the lift stop suddenly, lights off, another person (mirror reflection) in the mirror of himself talking to himself, the character sweats and gets dizzy.
Suddenly the lift door opens, he sees people look at himself. Everything back to normal, the character runs out from the lift.
